I have had an excellent experience at Hito Holistic Specialist Physiotherapy. Alessio is truly the best physiotherapist and osteopath I have met. His holistic approach makes every session feel tailored and meaningful, and he always manages to find exactly the right spot that needs attention. I have now had 3 sessions with Dr Alessio Barone. I am very happy I have found this excellent physiotherapist who applies a holistic approach to his practice combining eastern and western philosophies.
He listens, he makes me feel better, he provides exercises and recommends equipment. The clinic is managed by both Julie [Alessio's wife] and Alessio. The feel of the clinic when you walk in is nurturing, calming and positive.
I feel like this couple really want to help and support me in my rehab and recovery and overall wellbeing.

Alessio treated me for back and (both) knee pain. He was very kind, patient, careful and professional in his approach and treating the painful conditions that I was dealing with. I had about six craniosacral sessions with Alessio and one acupuncture session. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable and safe with him. His studio is very welcoming, and since I also work in the holistic field, I immediately felt I was in the right place. Alessio also works with sound which I had the pleasure of experiencing with him as well. It was a truly wonderful sound healing journey that allowed me to feel a deep connection with the Divine.
The craniosacral sessions helped me a lot to rebalance my body and feel more centered. Over the course of six sessions, I noticed that the tension I had in my back completely disappeared. I am really happy I chose to go to Alessio, not only because he is an excellent practitioner, but also because he is a kind and inspiring person. It is always enriching to share experiences and perspectives with him about our personal growth and evolution, which ultimately helps us support both ourselves and others.

Alessio has been treating me for Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorder. After several slessions, there was a definite improvement in symptoms and I have been less aware of them. I particularly like Hito's holistic approach, together with Alessio's skills and knowledge. Following an unexpected break from treatment, I shall be returning to continue this. Thank you Alessio!

Amazing practice with the highest quality of service provided. They work with children and adults of all ages. We particularly would recommend Hito Holistic Health if you want someone to pay attention to detail and tailor to your needs. We were also really impressed with the atmosphere in which Hito operate in. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile and welcomed. The treatment room is very peaceful and relaxing with visuals to really make you feel like you don’t want to leave.

I found Hito Holistic Health after an online search for a physiotherapist that would look at my body holistically to treat my pain rather than just focusing on the one body part - which is a problem I have had with physio's until now. I saw Alessio who was really knowledgeable on many different modes of treatment. I had acupuncture and he realigned my organs which he mentioned would help with my neck and shoulder pain. He also helped to release tension in the muscles which helped relieve the pain for a short amount of time. The studio space is beautiful and calming. I have missed 1 star from the review only because the pain I was hoping to treat is still bothering me after 4 sessions. I probably need many more to help it long term but unfortunately this was all my budget stretched to at the moment. I would definitely recommend Hito and Alessio if you're looking for this type of holistic healing!

I visited Hito Holistic after researching online for a holistic approach to treat my knee injury. After my first visit, Dr. Alessio was brilliant, not only focusing on the symptom but also addressing the root cause. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment.
