Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to promote relaxation, clarity, and inner peace. Moreover, by focusing on your breath, you practice a form of meditation which can switch off your busy mind and bring you from a constant fight or flight status to a healthier parasympathetic hormonal setting which favours rest, sleep, deep healing. For example, Alessio promotes a correct diaphragmatic breath with his clients, overall, the one affected by dizziness, since it is proven that the correct use of diaphragm drastically reduces the vertiginous episodes. In case a client is interested to a deeper and extended work in that sense, then we refer him to one of our external collaborators who is a professional breath-worker.
