Energy Healing

Energy healing is based on the principle that we are more than just physical bodies; we are beings of vibrating energy, interconnected with the universal life force. Alessio is certified Chakra Energy System Healer by John Cross, Fellow of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, past Chairman of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Energy Medicine (ACPEM) and past President of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP),  writer, international speaker and lecturer. He has been the first UK physiotherapist since the late 70s, combining standard physiotherapy with energy healing and other alternative methods, showing how overlapping certain techniques from the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and the Ayurveda. Through gentle touch, intention, and awareness, Alessio is able to detect any energy imbalance either in the major/minor chakra (body energy centres) and meridians (channels through which the vital force runs). He can restore balance with some gentle techniques whether applied on the physical body or off-body, on the aura layers. Energy rebalancing can give immediate relief and help with various physical conditions or/and helping to release negative emotions, low moods, past traumas, etc. promoting relaxation, balance, and vitality. Chakra rebalancing is part of his daily practice through the Hito Body Scan he created.
