Standard Physiotherapy

Our standard physiotherapy prices apply to musculoskeletal (MSK) and general physiotherapy needs, such as injuries, postural imbalances, and rehabilitation for straightforward conditions. These sessions are delivered by a skilled member of our team, ensuring expert care tailored to your recovery and overall well-being.

Specialised Physiotherapy

Our specialised physiotherapy service is led by our clinic director and is designed for more complex conditions that require a deeper, integrative approach. These sessions go beyond conventional physiotherapy and incorporate holistic techniques such as breathwork, meditation, sound healing, acupuncture, and advanced manual therapy. Specialised physiotherapy is particularly suited for vestibular rehabilitation (dizziness & balance disorders), TMJ dysfunction, migraines, paediatric physiotherapy, and other intricate conditions. Alessio’s expertise combines science with a whole-body approach, helping you restore balance, ease pain, and reconnect with your body on a deeper level.

Special Letters & Reports

Upon request, we can provide formal letters for various purposes, including:

  • Doctor’s letters or medical confirmation letters
  • Letters of support for disabled parking badges
  • Insurance reports or documentation for claims

Fees:

Pricing Terms & Conditions

  • Packages are non-refundable and must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. If a patient is unable to use the package due to unforeseen circumstances, management will assess on a case-by-case basis for a partial refund or validity extension

  • All payments must be settled at the time of booking or, where applicable, within 7 days of receiving an invoice. Any unpaid balances beyond this period will incur a fixed late fee of £20. Failure to settle outstanding payments may result in the inability to book future appointments until the balance is cleared.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee. (For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by 12 PM on the preceding Saturday.)

  • For all initial appointments, a 100% deposit is required at the time of booking. You will receive an invoice with a payment link, and if this is not settled 24 hours before the appointment, your session may be cancelled.

  • These prices may be subject to change. Please call us to ensure you have the most up-to-date pricing prior to booking.

Health Insurance Claims

  • Please contact your insurance provider prior to booking your appointment to obtain pre-approval and coverage details such as excess amounts, as each policy is different.

     

  • We directly bill only Aviva (specialised physiotherapy only), Cigna, Healix, WPA, Bupa.

     

  • If you are claiming from any other insurance provider, you will need to pay us directly. We will provide receipts so you can claim reimbursement from your insurer.

     

  • We will invoice you for the excess amount that you are responsible for.

     

  • Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance provider. You are responsible for ensuring that any treatment sessions you claim for are covered under your scheme. We cannot be held responsible for any non-payment of claims.

How to Reach the Clinic

Finding Us:

  • Our entrance is near the corner of Weston Street and Leathermarket Street. Walk under the archway next to the London Leather, Hide & Wool Exchange, and follow the small cobbled path. On your right, you’ll see a sign for Studio 1 & 2 above a door with a keypad.
  • Press 1202 on the keypad to ring the intercom. Once we open the door, take the lift on your left to the 2nd floor. When you exit the lift, turn left and walk straight ahead—our clinic is the last door on the left.

Walking Directions

  • From London Bridge Station (Mainline & Tube – Jubilee/Northern Line): Exit via Guys Hospital/Shard exit, turn left onto St. Thomas Street. Walk past The Shard and Guy’s Hospital, then turn right onto Weston Street. The Leather Market is a few minutes’ walk on the right-hand side.
  • From Borough Tube Station (Northern Line): Exit onto Borough High Street, turn right onto Great Dover Street then left towards Long Lane. Turn left onto Weston Street, and The Leather Market is a short walk ahead.
