Q&A

Some interesting insights from Julie
I did a life coaching course 2 years ago and I have worked with many clients since, some of them were Hito patients who were interested in exploring the mental and emotional aspects of their physical pain/symptoms.
I helped many clients, affected by dizziness and vertigo, to overcome their personal life obstacles and limiting believes to completely resolve their emotional or stress induced physical symptoms.
Currently my main priority is to be the best mother to Mia and support Alessio with Hito. I aim to be back in the workforce early next year, doing fulfilling work while balancing time with my family, and I also plan to launch my own coaching program to support women during pregnancy and motherhood or female entrepreneurs from ethnical minorities to achieve their business and career goals while keeping a good balance with personal life.
Being a girl from an island in the Philippines, I have achieved so much in my professional career than I ever allowed myself to dream of.
Marrying the love of my life and having a family with him.
“Life happens when you are busy planning something else” so my advice is to strive to be in tune with one’s personal dreams and values so that they take opportunities that align with these rather than going in a direction based on what family or society expects from us.
Retire in a lovely property by the beach in the Philippines, maybe running a small cafe and some retreats with Alessio.
Travelling, reading, trying new food/restaurants.
