Who We Help

Welcome to Hito Holistic Health, where our holistic approach incorporating physiotherapy, massage, and wellbeing therapies can help you achieve optimal health and wellness. Located in the heart of London, our experienced team is dedicated to treating and resolving a wide range of physical and emotional conditions. Discover how we can support you on your journey to better health.

Whether you’re a professional athlete or simply enjoy staying active, our specialized sports physiotherapy and massage services can help you enhance your performance, prevent injuries, and recover from sports-related conditions. We tailor our treatments to your specific needs, ensuring you stay in peak condition.
Living with chronic pain can be challenging and debilitating. Our holistic therapies aim to address the root causes of pain, rather than just the symptoms. Through a combination of physiotherapy, massage and alternative medicines, we help alleviate pain from conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and chronic back or neck pain.
In today’s fast-paced world, stress and anxiety are common concerns. Our wellbeing therapies, including massage, acupuncture, energy healing, sound healing, journaling, mindfulness strategies, and relaxation techniques, are designed to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve mental clarity. Moreover, stress and anxiety are signs of being over and over in fight or fly mode which should be occasional and not constant. Actually, we should be most of the time in a parasympathetic hormonal asset which favours recovery, healing, rest, sleep and digest. The good news is that all our services from physiotherapy to massage from acupuncture to sound healing and energy healing are designed to bring you back into a healthy parasympathetic status. We also created a serene environment, taking care of little details from soft lights to music, from the incense to colours and furniture, where you can find inner peace and new balance. Finally, we want you to be reassured that we can help and improve symptoms of all conditions without a specific cause or considered as stress induced or with an important stress component as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, etc.

To get the best outcome from a planned surgery, it is advisable preparing to it with a specific exercise plan. After the surgery, to maximise and accelerate a full recovering, you can access our post-surgery rehabilitation programs, focus on restoring mobility, strength and function. We provide personalized care to help you regain independence and improve your quality of life. We pay full attention to:

  • the surgeon guidelines.
  • the immediate treatment and care of the scar to avoid adhesions, restrictions and cheloids.
  • the myofascial and soft tissue release of the operated area or of other compensating areas.
  • the correct progression from passive mobility to active.
  • the correct progression of strength training from isometric (static pushes) to isokinetic (constant speed), followed by auxotonic (increasing resistance through an elastic) to isotonic (constant load), ending with eccentric (or negative series) and plyometric exercises (explosive movements with rebounds) if you wish to full return to intense sports.
From sprains and strains to more severe injuries, our physiotherapy and massage treatments are designed to accelerate the healing process. We work closely with you to develop a customized recovery plan that addresses your specific injury and promotes optimal healing.
